I do a lot of therapeutic massage medium to deep tissue work, specifically tailored to your needs. I offer stretch therapy as well but only 30 minute sessions, I recommend stretch then a nice massage afterward.
I also have a great treatment for migraines that most people walk away feeling wonderful.
Prenatal massage is offered as well which really feels good! I recommend after your first trimester you can start getting a massage (call for details).
